***NEW CLASS TIMES*** for the month of November I will be trying out an 8:30am slow flow class. These classes will be great for beginners and anyone looking to try out yoga.

REGISTATION is now OPEN for the next batch of GYMNASTICS classes starting in January. Reminder: we offer 3 gymnastics sessions throughout the year (1 in Fall, 1 in Winter/Spring, and 1 in Summer). If your kid loves to move, have them try out gymnastics with us! We create opportunities for all sorts of fun movement!

Join us for an early Thanksgiving celebration (Nov 14 | 6–8 PM) to open our hearts during practice to express gratitude and connect before the holiday.
We’ll flow for an hour, then unwind together while enjoying a glass of wine. 💛
$30 per person — and in the spirit of giving, $10 from every class will be donated to the Denmark Community Cupboard.

Friday, November 14th | 6:00–8:00 PM | $30 per person
In honor of Thanksgiving this month, please join us for a special practice centered around heart-opening postures and the spirit of gratitude.

This class is an invitation to pause, breathe, and open your heart—both on and off the mat—as we reflect on the abundance in our lives. We’ll move mindfully through a one-hour asana practice, cultivating warmth, openness, and appreciation. Afterward, stay and connect with our community with a cozy glass of wine to celebrate togetherness.

In the spirit of giving, $10 from each class will be donated to the Denmark Community Cupboard to support local families in need.

Here's our lineup of wines for this Friday's Yoga Event (Oct. 17th 6-7:30p). You won't be able to find these wines at any store other than where it was made, Trout Springs Winery. It's a beautiful, small local operation less than 10 miles from our studio. I'm looking forward to sharing this experience with you.

On Friday, October 17th 6-7:30p Born Again is hosting a FREE class to say thank you!! Whether you’re an old student, a current student, or a future student to yoga, it doesn’t matter. Everyone is WELCOME!! ***warning though if you are going to bring a kid please know they need to be able to stay quiet on a yoga mat for the entire class to be considerate of others. Thank you 😊
