It is a whole body massage done with the forearms of the practitioner. It consist of whole body massage strokes done in figure 8 movements in a rhythmic fashion. The use of all pressures like ocean waves upon your body, rhythmically, full of spirituality and energy work, releasing emotions, issues and bad karma passed down for generations. It’s usually done for 90 minutes to two hours. Lomi Lomi is a Hawaiian ritual that is done in a meditative state in dance like motions around the client. It offers all the benefit that Swedish massage does but adds more Love, Spirituality, and nurturing. The massage helps the mind to let go, allowing the muscles to release, clearing the meridians and letting go of pain that is being stored in the muscle tissue caused by limiting beliefs.
