Holidays are here. People feel the need to buy gifts for their loved ones. But what happens when the best you can do seems like this bush at the top of Piestewa Peak? A hard climb, difficult to reach, and seeming wildly insufficient? Do you see the rock below? Believe....believe me when I say that time is precious, spend some time with the person you love and just be with them for a while. No judgements, no expectations, listen without fixing, take a selfie, tell them a dad joke. SPEND TIME. I can attest that these precious moments are worth more than all the gold and diamonds in any jewelry store! Likewise, accept graciously a well-intentioned gift.

Here at Fusion Medical Center in Scottsdale getting ready to give an iron Infusion. A lot of women suffer from anemia based on heavy or excessive menstrual flow or gastric bypass surgery. We aren't even mentioning poor diet or alcohol consumption. Let's get to the cause of it, but in the meantime, nutrition based IV therapy is a good start.
