My Saturday in Mama Nature. Now that summer is coming - I’ll be busy most all weekends doing just this. This place has been magical with tapping into my Native roots, healing so many things and living an outdoor type lifestyle I’ve been doing since childhood. It’s been nice meeting a partner that loves nature even more than I, maybe. 🤔…common debate in our household. I love exploring with you P. 💪🏽🥰 We also hiked 10 miles too…felt amazing. 🤩 Where our explorer types at!?

This is my before workout food. Paired with some matcha! If you’re counting macros - I hope the video can help and inspire. I’m on day 30 of 75-hard! Love it so far and excited for more growth both physically and mentally.

Macros below:
Protein - 33g
Fat - 35g
Carbs - 53g
Cals - 661

You might ask why do this? Because…. I am going into another phase of my life: age, hormones, stresses, coming through chronic illness…it’s time to see how to support my body while I age gracefully and with supporting my physical, mental and spiritual body.

Working out doesn’t have to look pretty. It can be messy. Let it be messy. It’s power non the less. This post is for the women who get after it no-matter-what. Who don’t “need” to “get ready” for the gym. Who roll out of bed and move their body. Who prioritize their mental health and physical health above all. Who crave growth. Who keep learning. Chia and h**p are my go-to omega combo. Chia is loaded with omega 3’s for brain, skin, gut and heart health. H**p gives the perfect omega balance plus GLA for hormones and inflammation and it’s way easier to digest. Always blend them for better absorption.

I do:
1 tbsp chia
1 tbsp + 1 tsp h**p seeds
1 tsp of lions mane
1 tsp of reishi
1 can of (clean) coco water
*blend*

Best in the morning or add carbs and protein for workout fuel.

Things I am grateful for…(see carousel). I bend, I don’t break. I dance in cool parking lots when I feel the beat. I love hard & tenderly. I eat to nourish me. I give thanks to the land & Mama Earth. I really crave to be whole & work hard for what I want (you never know when will be your last day). I cut toxic real quick these days. It took me a long time to undo programming. I am really human in all ways, shapes and forms - thank God. I wouldn’t want to be anything less or a fake version of me. I inspire myself daily. I love this life I keep creating! I am blessed up & I am so thankful.

Always moving. Also met a new friend, Chuck. He’s an author and pilot and super cool. So much wisdom in the ages. We hiked for 4 hours and talked the whole time…. I hope to be in my 70’s hiking, gardening and still aspiring to learn. ✔️
