You track your steps and your heart rate — but what about your blood sugar?

Even subtle changes in glucose levels can reveal early signs of metabolic imbalance, long before diabetes develops. Continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) are giving people new insights into their bodies and helping guide personalized, preventive care.

One of our own providers, Dr. Jyothi Joseph-Hayes, will share her expertise in a FREE HERtalks session on November 19, from 8–9 PM EDT. She’ll explain who might benefit from CGMs and how to use glucose data to support your health.

Having had radiation or chemotherapy in the past can affect your breast cancer risk, depending on the type, dose, and timing of treatment. Even if you’re years out from therapy, it’s important to understand how your history affects your screening and prevention plan.

Taking charge of your care starts with working with someone who listens. A knowledgeable provider can help you understand your risk, recommend the right screenings, and create a plan to protect your long-term breast health. 🎗️

Changes in your ni**les, like sudden inversion, dimpling, rash, or discharge, are signals your body is giving you. While they can stem from several causes, they’re always worth bringing to your provider’s attention.

These symptoms don’t always mean cancer, but they can point to conditions that need prompt evaluation. The sooner you get them checked, the sooner you’ll have answers and a clear path forward.

Your voice matters, your concerns are valid, and advocating for your health is never something to feel uncomfortable about.

The 2025 Menopause Society Annual Meeting is over, and we’re already looking forward to next year!

We’re so grateful for the opportunity to connect and learn alongside members of our Ms.Medicine network—both in person and virtually. From seeing familiar faces to meeting new colleagues, it was inspiring to see our providers in action, engaging, sharing, and fully immersed in the conference.

A huge thank you to The Menopause Society for making this meeting possible every year. We couldn’t be more proud that Ms.Medicine is part of this incredible community, advancing education and improving care for women everywhere.
