Now offering Thai yoga bodywork/massage! This modality is performed fully clothed on a floor mat using gentle stretching, rhythmic movement, and acupressure. It is often referred to as lazy yoga since I’m the one doing the work and the recipient is passive. I’ve been incorporating a ton of it in my practice on the table for a while now, but I’m officially certified and excited to offer the full sequence.
