Sharing birth stories can encourage others and empower YOU. It's all about taking a moment to celebrate the transformation that birth is. The strength you had to tap into to come out the other side. It is voicing your unique passage into motherhood.

No matter how your birth unfolded, it is your story.
It is a part of YOU and you might not know how much of a testimony it is to other mothers.

Class is back in session! Dr Samantha Rose Krantz and I are teaching an in person childbirth ed class THIS upcoming Sunday in Marietta! Oct 26th 10am - 1:30pm

We will cover:
🌼 stages of labor
🌼 comfort measures
🌼 hands on partner support
🌼 comfort measures
🌼 creating a birth plan
🌼 CPR/First aid taught by an American Heart Association Basic Life Support Instructor
