Bladder leaks might be common, but they’re definitely not inevitable.
Your pelvic floor is trainable and ready for a comeback story. 🙌

Let’s get you back to laughing, running, and sneezing without the “cross-your-legs-and-hope” routine. 💃

🙏It’s truly difficult to put into words what an honor it was to present at the conference in Edinburgh this past weekend!
💕Incredibly grateful for the opportunity- for the beautiful, welcoming and supportive community who embraced the two energetic PelviCon gals from the US (you know and I always bring a lot of energy!) - for the gift of presenting alongside such incredible colleagues (like .physio .sinead — amongst so many others!!!) and for all of the wonderful conversations that came from learning! It is a gift to be a part of a profession that is constantly striving to grow and be the best that we can be.
🥰Incredibly grateful for my dear friend and colleague - - teaching with you is always a gift, and I’m so grateful for all of our collaboration, always!!
And lastly— I continue to be convinced that pelvic rehab wins when we all learn together and collaborate. Our international colleagues are incredible! 💕
Thank you again !! Hope to see you all again— sooner rather than later!!
📷 by the amazing — so glad you joined us on this journey!

Throw back to the end of the very first — back in September 2022. This moment— so beautifully captured— was so emotional for us. PelviCon had been an idea- a dream truly - of creating something special that was FOR US. A place where pelvic rehab pros would be challenged, filled, elevated, ignited— a place where we would leave inspired- encouraged- and ready to be the best we can for our patients. We poured our hearts into it, and in this moment, and I knew that PelviCon was truly special. We knew we had accomplished what we set out to do. We knew we were making a difference, and we knew PelviCon was here to stay.
So, if you’re a PelviConner - or have ever been- let us know what PelviCon has meant to you! And if you’re coming to atlanta next weekend— we are ready for you. PelviCon 2025 is going to be epic!!!

Intimacy shouldn’t hurt — it should be enjoyed. 💙
If s3x is painful, uncomfortable, or just not feeling right, you’re not alone — and pelvic floor therapy can help.

Painful s3x (also called dyspareunia) can be caused by a variety of treatable issues, including:
✨ Pelvic floor muscle tension or overactivity
✨ Scar tissue or postpartum trauma
✨ Endometriosis or other chronic pelvic pain conditions
✨ Hormonal changes (like during menopause or after babies )
✨ Pelvic nerve sensitivity

At Southern Pelvic Health, we work one-on-one with you to identify the root cause, gently retrain the pelvic floor, and guide your body back to confidence, comfort, and connection. 💫
