Mindful NYE Yoga Retreat

This New Year’s Eve, choose a slower, more intentional way to cross the threshold into the New Year.

Join us for a 2.5-hour New Year’s Eve Hatha Yoga & Cacao Ceremony beginning at 7:30 PM, created for those who want to release the year gently, ground their energy, and be held in community without the noise or pressure of traditional celebrations.

This extended experience includes grounding Hatha Yoga, intentional breathwork, a heart-opening cacao ceremony, and integrative sound healing.

During our time together, Caroline will also share information about her upcoming fasting journey, Ayurvedic workshops, and will be available to take sign-ups for Marma therapy for those feeling called to begin aligned healing  in the New Year. This is a beautiful opportunity to meet her, ask questions, and begin mapping intentional goals and supportive schedules for the year ahead.

Also, learn firsthand about upcoming workshops and retreats and meet some of our other practitioners.

Our Ayahuasca Retreat, March 19–23, in Mexico is a carefully held, intentional container for deep healing, insight, and reconnection. This work is approached with respect for the lineage, the medicine, and each participant’s process.
