💡A digital sunset means creating a “bedtime” for your screens — turning off or putting away phones, TVs, tablets, and computers about 30–60 minutes before you go to sleep.

🧠The idea is to mimic how our bodies are designed to wind down with the natural setting of the sun. Blue light and mental stimulation from screens delay melatonin production and make it harder for your brain to switch into rest mode.

🌿Set a “digital bedtime alarm” on your phone to remind you to power down.
🌿Swap screens for a calming routine: gentle stretch, journaling, prayer, reading, or skincare.
🌿Keep your phone charging outside your bedroom if possible (or at least across the room).
🌿Use night mode or blue light filters if you can’t fully unplug.
