This group offers a safe, welcoming space to connect with others who truly understand, share experiences if you choose, and support one another on the path to recovery.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You don’t need to talk if you don’t want to.
You just need to come as you are. 💚

💙 Join Us This Wednesday at the House of Hope (1 PM) for NAMI Connections 💙

We invite you to join us this Wednesday for NAMI Connections, a free, peer-led support group for adults living with mental health challenges.

NAMI Connections is a safe, welcoming space where people can share openly, be heard without judgment, and connect with others who truly understand. The group is led by trained peers with lived experience and focuses on hope, encouragement, and mutual support—not fixing or advising.

✨ How NAMI Connections benefits us:
• Reduces isolation and reminds us we’re not alone
• Encourages connection, understanding, and empathy
• Builds confidence, coping skills, and hope
• Creates a sense of belonging and community
• Meets people where they are in their recovery journey

Whether you’re new to peer support or have attended before, you are always welcome just as you are. Come connect, listen, share (if you choose), and grow alongside others who get it. 💙

You do not have to be a member of the house of Hope to attend. All are welcome!

Join us Friday, December 19th at 5:00 PM at Gilman United Methodist Church(Fellowship Hall on side doors in parking lot) for NAMI Family Support Group.

Family Support Group is a safe, confidential space for family members, loved ones, and caregivers of individuals living with mental health conditions. It offers understanding, shared experiences, encouragement, and hope through connection with others who truly get it — you are not alone.

We know everyone’s schedule is different, so we’ve added a variety of meeting times — daytime, evenings, and even a couple on the weekend — to make sure there’s something available for everyone.
