Yoga can be described as meditation in motion or mindful movement or movement with meaning. Yoga is not just another form of exercise, it is a work in not a work out.

In each of us adults there is an 8 year old just waiting to learn how to find calm and quiet the mind just a bit.
Join us this last week of April to begin or continue the journey on the mat. Classes are geared for all levels, only requirement is to leave expectations at home and bring self compassion to meet yourself just as you are.

Wednesday April 29th 8-9 am (zoom yoga)
