Easily Prevent Kneecap Pain

Kneecap pain, commonly referred to as patellofemoral pain, impacts 20% of the active population each year. Many experience it with walking, running, going up/downstairs, or standing up from a chair. This month, we have three good exercises to help keep your knee stable and reduce the risk of experiencing kneecap pain.

PT helps knees!

What is PT?

Physical therapists are experts in the treatment and management of conditions that impair one's ability to function. Therapists use treatment techniques to improve movement, reduce pain, restore function and prevent disability. Physical therapists have earned their bachelors degree in a health related field, completed a graduate physical therapy program and have passed a national licensure exam. I have completed my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and have been certified in dry needling.
