Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is a type of depression that's related to changes in seasons — SAD begins and ends at about the same times every year. Hey everyone, just a gentle reminder today:

It’s okay if you’re feeling tired, anxious, heavy, or unmotivated. Life isn’t always meant to be productive or positive every single day. Sometimes your only job is to breathe, drink water, take a short walk, or get through your shift and rest.

Don’t beat yourself up for needing quiet time or for not feeling “your best.” Healing and stability aren’t linear. Growth often feels uncomfortable, confusing, and slow. Be kind to yourself through it all.
