I just finished the content outline for the Hands On Alignment Teacher Training Course 🙌

A (soon to be Yoga Alliance Credentialed) 50-Hour continuing education course for already certified yoga teachers and fitness professionals who want to become effective at causing powerful alignment in the body!

Trainees will learn how to:
✔️ Identify alignment in the body of their clients

✔️Cause alignment in the body of their clients through language

✔️Cause alignment in the body of their clients through touch/ hands on assists

I can hardly wait to bring this to you in 2026!

How’s your Down Dog?

Downward facing dog is a pose that you land in 30+ times in a single class!!!! Which makes it a great place to start looking when you want to refine your yoga practice.

If you practice yoga fairly consistently, imagine the hundreds, thousands of down dogs you create in a year. Anything that you do over, and over again with your body deserves your attention.

It is no secret that repetitive misuse leads to injury, setback, or a standstill at best.

That is exactly why I created The Alignment Academy! To cause alignment that will keep you practicing for a lifetime, alignment that will progress your body by way of strength and flexibility, alignment that leads to your fulfillment.

We all need a teacher. New to yoga, practicing for over a decade, and anywhere in between. It is imperative to orient your body in space, give your body fresh input, and focus.
