Part of our dedication to your progress and longevity is The Alignment Academy! A workshop designed for our members. A place to connect through conversation, demonstration, and deep learning.

Group yoga classes are where we come together to practice and of course we learn. My teacher used to describe this setting as a place where “students can hold just one thimble”. Meaning, no matter how much yoga know-how is poured onto you in those 60 minutes, you will retain just a bit of it. You learn a little at a time.

When you attend a workshop you get to leave with more at once.

I lead this TAA just 4 times a year. Each session features one pose. I highly recommend attending each session. They are low cost and high impact.

I have led groups and individuals to understand their body and how it relates to yoga for nearly 15 years. You, my valued members, are at the top of my list when it comes to people I want to share this content with.
