Adult Disability Medical Healthcare, Inc. Providing Health and Wellness for Teens and Adults with Developmental Disabilities

ADMH (formerly the Adult Down Syndrome Program), provides comprehensive, compassionate, coordinated, patient-centered care within the framework of a Patient Centered Medical Home. We provide a holistic approach to healthcare that includes medical, pharmacological, psychological, nutritional, behavioral and social approaches to care by a team of providers who put the patient and their families/caregivers at the center of their healthcare needs.

Today and every day, we’re grateful. πŸ’›

Grateful for our incredible patients, whose strength and joy inspire us.
Grateful for the families who trust us with their care and walk this journey with us.
Grateful for our staff and partners who show up with compassion, dedication, and heart.
And grateful for YOU β€” the supporters who make our mission possible.

Because of this community, adults with disabilities receive the care, guidance, and access they deserve.
Because of you, lives are changed every single day.

From all of us at ADMH, we wish you a warm and joyful Thanksgiving. πŸ‚πŸ§‘
We are thankful for you β€” today and always.

This week is all about access β€” because every patient deserves care that meets them where they are. πŸ’™

🟦 Wheelchair-Accessible Scales β€” Goal: $1,000
For patients in wheelchairs, a simple weight check can be a major barrier.
Your support helps us purchase a wheelchair-accessible scale so every patient can get accurate, safe medical assessments.

🟩 New Clinic Locations β€” Goal: $5,000
Some of our patients travel hours to reach us. New clinic sites mean care that’s closer to home, reducing missed visits and improving outcomes.

With your help, we can hit BOTH of these access goals before Georgia Gives Day on December 2. Early giving is open, and every dollar brings us one step closer.

✨ Let’s build accessible care together.

Happy Halloween from ADMH! πŸŽƒπŸ¦‡

Wishing everyone a spooky, safe, and joyful evening filled with fun, connection, and community!

As we celebrate, let’s remember that not all treats look the same and not all tricks are spooky β€” accessibility and inclusion make Halloween magical for everyone. πŸ’™

Inclusion Tips:
🟣 Be patient and supportive
🟠 Offer treats that fit all abilities & dietary needs
🟒 Look for purple pumpkins & disability-friendly houses
πŸ”΅ Celebrate costumes of all kinds β€” homemade, sensory-friendly, or no costume at all

This Halloween, ADMH encourages families to support inclusive trick-or-treating πŸŽƒ

Look for:
🎨 Teal pumpkins β€” allergy-friendly treats
πŸ’œ Purple pumpkins β€” disability-friendly homes
🧸 Sensory-friendly options
🌟 Kindness & patience for all trick-or-treaters

Wishing everyone a safe, fun, and accessible Halloween! πŸ’™βœ¨
