• To provide and encourage a continuum of need-based services that is individualized in a family environment located in a residential community with focus on helping individuals develop self-empowerments that each person may realize their goals and dreams so that they can become a vital part of their community.
• To be known and valued for providing the highest standard of CRA( Community Residential Alternative)Services
• To be a provider of choice in the Community.
• Providing a service that will encourage/support each participant to live independently as long as possible in the community with dignity and respect
• Keeping the individuals we serve health and the quality of life and well-being central in the design of our Individual Service Plan and the delivery of services.
• Treating and interacting with the Individuals we serve with Respect, Dignity, Compassion, Empathy, Honesty and Integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of each individual’s information.
