Best Life Physical Therapy is looking for a Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our little corner of whole-body healing.
This is part-time, remote work — but it’s more than just a job. It’s being the first warm, welcoming voice our patients hear when they call or text. It’s helping people feel cared for before they ever walk through the door.
This might be for you if you:

🤍 Are naturally organized and dependable
🤍 Enjoy texting, calling, scheduling, and keeping things flowing
🤍 Appreciate holistic health and nervous system support

You would help with:
• Patient communication & scheduling
• Phone calls and thoughtful follow-ups
• Light billing tasks
• Supporting the rhythm of the clinic
• Occasional social media posts
We are a cash-based, holistic physical therapy clinic. Our patients value relationship, presence, and personalized care — and we do too. The person in this role helps protect that experience.
