35 years ago, Marlene walked through the doors of our building to begin what would become her first — and only — job.

Over the years, she has embodied the true meaning of loyalty, dedication, and teamwork. She has witnessed countless faces come and go and has been part of the many changes and milestones within these walls. What an incredible journey that has been.

Today, we are honored and grateful to still see her smiling face walking these hallways!

Thank you, Marlene, for a remarkable 35 years!

Our residents LOVED their activity today, thanks to Layken from Texas Roadhouse 🤗 They got Dirty Lemonades, made their own Texas Rolls and their famous butter!! Layken also brought rolls in for the staff! We can’t thank her and Texas Roadhouse in Parkersburg enough for all they do for us.

Today we celebrated a 104th Birthday!! Not only a 104th Birthday but a War World ll Veteran and a staple in the community. We love our Teddy and we are so glad he is a part of our Marietta Heights Home ❤️ Happy Birthday Teddy!! Special shout out to Texas Roadhouse of Parkerkersburg, Cawleys Hospice and Shrivers Hospice for being a part of this event and donating food and your time!
