URE Home Care was honored to participate as a vendor at the Transition Fair held in Henry County at McDonough High School over the weekend. It was a wonderful event that brought together students, families, educators, and community organizations to share valuable information and resources that support successful transitions from school to the next stage of life.

Events like this are so important because they help families learn about available services, community programs, career opportunities, and support systems that can help students build independence and prepare for the future.

We would like to extend a special thank you to McDonough High School and the event organizers for hosting such a meaningful and well-organized Transition Fair. We appreciate the opportunity to connect with families, share information about our services, and be part of a community effort focused on supporting students and their future goals.

We want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to Alexis Parc Independent Living Facility for graciously hosting us for an amazing Meet & Greet Lunch and Learn! 💙

We truly appreciate the opportunity to spend time with your wonderful team and residents, introduce our home care agency, and have meaningful conversations about how we can support individuals in maintaining care, comfort, and independence in the place they call home.

During our visit, we were excited to share details about the wide range of services we provide, including Private Pay home care, Long-Term Care Insurance, and Medicaid Waiver programs such as GAPP, CCSP, and SOURCE. Being able to answer questions, provide education, and explain how these services can be tailored to meet individual needs made the experience especially rewarding.

Thank you again to the leadership and staff at Alexis Parc for your warm hospitality and commitment to connecting residents with trusted resources. Opportunities like this strengthen partnerships and help ensure families have access to the support they need.
