For medically fragile children, home is more than a place of comfort—it's often the best environment for healing, growth, and quality care. With the right support, many of these children can thrive outside of institutional settings, surrounded by family and familiar routines. URE Home Care is dedicated to making this possible through the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP), guiding families through the enrollment process and providing skilled nursing and personal care services tailored to each child’s needs. Because for children with complex medical needs, home truly is where care begins.

October is internationally recognized as Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness about breast cancer, promoting early detection, supporting those affected, and funding research for a cure. This important movement began in 1985 as a partnership between the American Cancer Society and a pharmaceutical company, with the goal of educating women about breast cancer and the importance of early detection. Over time, the pink ribbon has become a universal symbol of hope and solidarity.

At URE Home Care, we proudly stand with all women—survivors, fighters, and those we've lost—in honoring this month. As a home care agency, we appreciate the strength, resilience, and courage of our clients and caregivers impacted by breast cancer.
