Tower Road Post Acute is proud to welcome Jamaica Horton as our new Director of Nursing!
Jamaica is a dedicated nursing leader with extensive experience across post-acute, long-term care, and behavioral health settings. She is known for her strong clinical judgment, compassionate leadership style, and unwavering commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
Throughout her career, Jamaica has served in progressive leadership roles including Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing. Her expertise includes clinical operations, regulatory compliance, infection prevention, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives. She is highly skilled in leading interdisciplinary teams, strengthening systems of care, and preparing organizations for successful state and corporate surveys.
Jamaica is currently pursuing advanced practice education at Chamberlain University, further expanding her knowledge in advanced pathophysiology, mental health, and patient advocacy. She is passionate about supporting vulnerable populations, mentoring nurses, and fostering environments where both patients and staff can thrive.
Her leadership is rooted in integrity, empathy, and accountability—ensuring every patient receives safe, respectful, and dignified care. We are excited to have Jamaica leading our nursing team and look forward to the positive impact she will make at Tower Road Post Acute.
