Boundaries are not punishments or ultimatums. They're invitations- to connect with you in a way that's safe, respectful and real.
For many of us, especially if we've learned to people-please, setting boundaries can feel uncomfortable- even selfish.
In truth, boundaries are a kindness. They are honoring your needs, letting people know how to be in-relationship with you and promoting authenticity.
This post touches on how you begin to notice your limits, how to express them with care and how to hold them gently but firmly over time.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, adjusting to Parenthood or just trying to feel more grounded in your relationships- boundaries are an essential part of healing and growing.

And we either impose expectations of how we think it should all go or we're trying to meet the dreams of others. We need to shift our focus to what matters most 💖 What brings joy.
