Getting outdoors for even a little while can quickly calm anxiety by shifting your perspective. It takes you from worried mind to "focus on the present" mind. I was sure getting tired of our much needed rainy season. On a clear day after days of rain, I walked the neighborhood and noticed little things to focus on. This picture captures my thought of "little signs that spring is on the way."
