Routine keeps me grounded.
But every once in a while, life has to shake you up.

Burning Man does that beautifully, It tears apart structure, routine and all the plans you cling to.

Last week, I took a few unplanned pauses in my day. Most of you won’t know this but I regularly tell my clients that small breaks are not wasted time, They’re part of the work!

Coming back to those pauses I realized:
• Not every break needs a perfect setting
• A few minutes of noticing your surroundings or taking a deep breath can reset your mind
• Productivity isn’t doing more, nonstop it’s about sustaining energy, focus, and clarity

PS - Even the smallest pause can feel strange at first. Most of us feel guilty when we stop, and that’s normal we don’t need extremes!

No crazy hacks
No all-or-nothing streaks

It’s simple ex*****on, day in and day out:
Notice your body
Take a breath
Step away from tasks even briefly
Let your mind rest, without guilt
Repeat, whenever you get the chance

That’s it! No magic and No secrets
The challenge isn’t knowing this
The challenge is showing up for yourself daily, even when no one else is watching!

What’s amazing is:
People who take these pauses consistently feel lighter, clearer, and more energized

Nothing beats a slow weekend morning 🥞🍌

These protein banana pancakes are my go-to when I want something quick, filling, and tasty.

Perfect with a cup of coffee and some quiet time.

Tip: add a little peanut butter or drizzle some honey on top to take it to the next level.

I love to throw in some crushed up walnuts for that crunch as well

Still feeling off even though you’re ‘doing everything right?’

You’re eating your veggies, trying to be healthy, maybe even tracking your meals

But the PMS, bloating, fatigue, or skin flare-ups won’t go away

👉 By the time your hormones are screaming, your body has already been under stress for a while

It often starts with:
– Unnoticed mineral depletion because of stress, caffeine, meds or intense workouts
– Gut imbalances that don’t show up as major symptoms but just things like brain fog, poor sleep or cravings
– A sluggish liver that isn’t clearing hormones efficiently even if you’re eating your greens

So what actually helps?

It’s not about doing more, it’s about getting strategic:

Easy Chicken & Veggie Tray Bake 🍗🥕

Need a quick, no-fuss dinner idea for tonight or want to prep something healthy for tomorrow’s lunch?

This one-tray meal is just what you need, ready in 35 mins and packed with flavour

When I build a tray bake, I always think in 5s:
✔️ A protein
✔️ 2-3 colourful veggies
✔️ A fiber rich carb
✔️ A good fat (oil or cheese)
✔️ My favourite herbs or spices

You can easily swap the chicken with fish, tofu, or even chickpeas if you’re keeping it vegetarian 🌱

Ingredients:
- 2 skinless chicken breasts
- 2 small sweet potatoes, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, cubed
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cubed
- 1 zucchini sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- Crumbled feta
- Salt & pepper to taste

How to Make It:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Add chicken and chopped veggies to a baking tray
3. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle spices, season with salt & pepper
4. Roast for 30–35 minutes until chicken is cooked through
5. Top with feta and enjoy hot!

Serve it as is, or pair with a side salad for extra crunch 🥗

When I travel, workouts look a little different

no dumbbells, no perfect setup - just a little space and some bodyweight moves that actually do something for my body

This isn’t about burning off last night’s dinner or chasing a calorie number

This is about movement that keeps your core strong, your posture happy, and your digestion running smooth (yes, especially while traveling)

This circuit has 5 simple moves - no equipment needed:
• deadbug → strengthens deep core muscles and supports your lower back
• side plank with reach → wakes up your obliques and improves balance
• slow bicycle crunches → great for coordination + core endurance
• high plank to down dog → builds shoulder stability and gives your hamstrings love
• hollow hold → total core engagement and body control

Movement isn’t punishment, it’s support

Especially when you're off routine, eating out more, or just feeling stiff from long travel days
