Yoga Nest Venice Come home to your heart Yoga Nest Venice is a home grown community, not a concept. Our community comes from all corners of this beautiful planet.

Some of us live here by the beach. Some of us travel here for work from other states or other countries. And an important part of our community are travelers who may or may not return to our space for years, but still feel at home when they find us, and take a bit of our energy home with them when they leave. We come to the Nest to empower ourselves physically, emotionally, mentally and energetically. We come to the Nest to restore balance to life when things get off kilter. We come to the Nest when we feel the need to reconnect with ourselves and with the world around us in a healthy and loving way. We appreciate our differences, especially our religious differences. We are grateful to hold space for all people to feel welcomed, regardless of their sexual preference, gender, age or religion. We are proud be a community that practices loving kindness. We feel deeply that the world is our community, and we loving embrace the human race. We believe that practicing something as simple as yoga is one way to bring our planet closer to peace. We believe in presence and patience. The Nest is not a concept, not a gym, not a scene or a place of competition. The Nest is a community, it’s home.

As a dedicated yoga teacher, my philosophy centers around compassion, mindfulness, and inclusivity. With a background rooted in music and dance, I try to bring a unique rhythm and melody to my classes, creating a harmonious blend of sound and movement. Through yoga, I aim to empower others to discover their inner strength and cultivate a deeper connection to themselves and the rhythms of life.

Ashley a native to the Southwest with a love for the heat, started her yoga journey in 2018 focused on the Bikram Yoga method; she immediately noticed dramatic shifts in her physical and mental wellbeing and continues to embody this transformative, healing power of the practice in her own life and teachings. In 2018 she received her 200-hour Vinyasa and 150 -hour hot yoga certification from Yoga to the People in New York City. In 2022 she completed a 200-hour advanced RYT & Sendatsu Next Level Leadership training in Venice.
