I changed my hair twice this week... Sometimes it be like that... which one do you like?
I'll be posting a yt vid soon like I do every year on my favorite haircare, skincare and protective styles for those of us whose main activities are outdoors recreation & leisure..
My main topics on hair will always be sustainable products that are not only green for the planet but also for our bodies...
You'd be surprised to know that quite a few that's on the market have Endocrine disrupting chemicals that Women should never be using... It doesn't seem like much in your 20s or 30s but baabyyy when you hit 40, those Doctor visits gone add up and so are those pills from not being more concious of looking beyond an expensive name brand...
Anyway, I've been very proactive with the kinds of oils, creams, Skincare I've used and hopefully you are too... so we will talk about it soon..

Tomorrow on Saturday June 18th... We at Bay Street... The Cermonial Paddle out to the middle of the Ocean to honor Nick Gabaldon & those who were dear to us whove transitioned to the other side is my favorite part of the day.. it's really one of those moments that touched me in such a deep way that I love about the surf community.. If you've never seen or sone one, it's a phenomenal experience...
Looking forward to seeing you in Santa Monica...

If Epicness was a word this is how I would explain what was all about but since I make videos give me 3 mins so you can catch this vibe... The 1st Pro Black Surfer gave me inspiration with her powerful heart-felt words of encouragement & them both jammin out, their fun, spirit!!! Excellent Event facilitied bringing together Black Surfers literally from all over the World.. From the Surf Competition to the Soul Train line, We showed up and showed out!!!
