Take back your and control. When we feel like our power or agency are being usurped or taken away and we believe or feel we can’t do anything about it, we tend to internalize that into our organs. For biological women, that tends to cause imbalances- hair loss, fatigue, weight gain, reproductive issues. For biological males, that can be or other male glands, that also cause fatigue, weight gain and depression. One part of the journey is finding ways to own our power and strength.

Part of is recognizing both our responsibility for our and our ability to transform it. I notice that so many people are actually terrified of or letting go of their illness. But when we allow ourselves to heal or do the work to rise to next level, the resulting awareness of our power is a reward in itself. That can also apply to us as a community, a city, a country. Thank you (and my old city, ) and apologies for bastardizing

Just a reminder that is a verb. We need to use our voices, our platforms, our bodies to help those who are struggling and suffering regardless of their faith, beliefs, skin color, age or economic status. Even if we don’t like them (maybe even more if we don’t like them). Everyone is deserving of love and everyone needs to help create more of it. As John in the New Testament explains, “Let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth” (1 John 3:18).
