This is my last month doing yoga at 312 south water ste 4! It is a bittersweet parting of ways, but classes will continue at RISE FITNESS 6135 king road unit C. Join us for some "social yoga" as my classes call it 😂 before February 1st!

Also, I have two large mirrors for sale that need to go by the first. Willing to make a more than fair deal 🤝 perhaps a dance studio could use them?

Painting and yoga went great! It was so great that I forgot to take pictures during the class! Next class is in November!

We did 10 minutes of basic yoga poses with focus on the breath, then we kept that breath focus and moved into painting. Using simple seated postures and continued breath focus, we mixed our favorite colors and had fun painting what ever we wanted!

Tammalyn Ward, co-owner of Tranquility Spa, will be offering Yin Yoga and Sound Healing classes here studio.
Yin Yoga will last approximately 75 min and sound healing will last an hour.

To sign up please reach out (810-765-9076) to reserve your spot, as spaces are limited a payment has to be made in advance and it can be done through the spa.
