March is Social Work Month, and today we are proud to recognize and honor Dan for his incredible dedication and service.
With 24 years of experience as a social worker, Dan, has made a lasting impact on countless lives through his compassion, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to caring for others. A graduate of Oral Roberts University (Class of 2002), he has brought both knowledge and heart to his work throughout his career.
For the past 15 years, Dan has been a valued member of the Dierksen Hospice team, where he continues to provide comfort, guidance, and support to patients and families during some of life’s most meaningful moments.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dan is a devoted husband to his wife Gina, who also serves as a social worker. Together, they have built a beautiful family with three children and two grandchildren. His Christian faith is an important foundation in his life; guiding the compassion and care he shows to others each day.
When he’s not working, Dan enjoys hunting for arrowheads and fishing—but around the office, he’s best known as the team’s prank master and resident clown, always bringing laughter and light to those around him.
Thank you, Dan, for your years of service, your servant’s heart, and the joy you bring to our team. Happy Social Work Month!
