Mondays don’t start when the clock says so.
They start when you decide to show up with intention.

White coat on.
Pen ready.
Stethoscope in place.

Another week to serve.
Another week to lead.
Another week to care for women and help shape the next generation.

Grateful for the responsibility.
Focused on the mission.

Whatever your role is this week — show up with purpose. Someone is counting on you.

Let’s go. 💪🏾

Some weekends you rest.
Some weekends you work.
Either way… you keep moving forward.

Now that the frigid temperatures have finally subsided, I’ve gotten back to my Sunday runs—and it feels good to move again. 🏃🏾‍♂️ Crisp air, steady pace, clear mind.

Whether this weekend finds you relaxing, grinding, serving, or resetting, remember: progress doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes it’s just showing up. Sometimes it’s simply starting again.

Stay warm, stay safe, and keep moving—at your pace.

Happy Sunday. ✨

🎉It's National Phlebotomists Recognition Week! 🎊

This week, we're celebrating our incredible phlebotomists - who skillfully and compassionately draw blood, ensuring accurate test results and smooth patient experiences.

If you’re a phlebotomist, take a moment to drop a ❤️ or say hello. Tag a phlebotomist if you know one!
Let's show some love for the folks who always make it stick (pun intended)!

Since 2020, 15 OB units in Indiana have closed.

That means more pregnant women are driving farther… waiting longer… and sometimes delivering without the support they deserve.

Access to safe maternity care shouldn’t depend on your ZIP code.

New day, new week, new energy—and a growing team.

Working alongside residents and welcoming a new medical student today is one of the parts of medicine I truly enjoy.

Teaching, learning together, asking good questions, and passing along not just knowledge—but clinical judgment, compassion, and respect for the work.

Caring for women while helping train the next generation of physicians is a privilege I don’t take lightly.

Grateful for the team, the learners, and the purpose behind it all.

Let’s go. 💪🏾

Wishing you a calm, cozy, and meaningful Sunday—whatever it looks like for you. 🙏🏾

FDA just approved Nexplanon — the birth control implant — for up to 5 years of pregnancy prevention instead of 3! 💡 New data showed continued effectiveness with no pregnancies in years 4–5, and a safety program has been added to ensure proper insertion and removal by trained providers.
