Our Story
Previously operating as Hands of Grace, Gray Ridge Village is now under NEW management and currently undergoing renovations and updates!
Gray Ridge Village is nestled in the quiet countryside of Smyth County, but still conveniently located just minutes from I81 and the Seven Mile Ford exit. The facility offers both private and semi-private occupancy, full baths, private balconies, a large recreation room including a large screen tv, pool table, free WIFI and cable, snacks accessible 24/7, nearby public pool access and daily activities available to all residents.
We accept both private pay and auxiliary grants; both ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents welcome! An in-house physician is also available to see our residents weekly, and our kitchen is able to follow any special dietary needs. To ensure optimal safety and comfort for our residents, Gray Ridge Village is staffed 24 hours a day.
