A few of our residents enjoyed the day at Resident Convention, “ Under the Big Top”! It was a day full of fun and laughter! We truly appreciate all the effort that goes into making this event so special each year!

Hotdogs, candy and the cutest little trick or treaters! The residents talked about it all day and couldn't wait to pass out candy! Thank you to all the volunteers, staff and families for a great success!

Welcome Holly Johnson to Poplar Springs Nursing Center as the Administrator in Training. Holly has been a Registered Nurse since 2011, working in the longterm care setting for nearly 3 years. She previously worked as a clinic nurse in neurology, as well as orthopedics in the hospital setting. Holly takes exceptional pride in taking care of her residents, and strives for perfection in every task she takes on. We have witnessed this first hand in the last few weeks!

In her spare time, you can find Holly shopping, reading a good book, or spending time with her family. Holly has been married to her husband, Corey, for 10 years, and has two children, Charlee, 8, and Bryce, 2. They attend Highland Baptist Church where she enjoys singing in the choir.
