Today we celebrated something very important to us — our incredible team.

We had the privilege of recognizing employees for 5, 10, 15, and 20 years of service, and it was a wonderful reminder of the dedication, compassion, and hard work that each of our staff members brings every single day.

Employee appreciation goes far beyond a single day or celebration. It’s about recognizing the countless moments our team shows up for one another, supports our residents and families, and gives their time, energy, and heart to the work they do. The commitment and loyalty shown by our long-tenured staff are a reflection of the strong culture of care and teamwork that makes our facility so special.

To all of our employees — whether you have been here 20 years or 20 days — please know that you are valued and appreciated. Thank you for the compassion you show, the teamwork you demonstrate, and the difference you make in the lives of those we serve.

Our Mardi Gras parade was full of beads, smiles, music, and LOTS of fun! 🎭✨ We are beyond thankful for all of our amazing partners and friends at Aldergate who helped make this celebration happen.

It takes a village to throw a good parade — and ours showed up in the best way! Thank you for helping us create joyful memories for our residents and bringing the party spirit to our community.
