I am healing and I feel it deep inside.
Tonight in cold Illinois there is this butterfly feeling in my whole body. Not anxiety but excitement. Gratitude. Something good building inside me.
This pain does not own me. Even my disability sits inside love and light. The body heals when the soul leads. We are not trapped in limits. We are divine energy reaching upward.
Your prayers were real and I felt them. Ten days post op and I am looking forward to healing, getting stronger and going live weekly with you again.

During one of my sessions, a woman told me she felt sad and alone.
She said people didn’t believe in her spiritual gifts or the things she experiences that she can’t explain.

I listened carefully and told her something simple: there is no guidebook that explains how spiritual things work. The moments you experience are meant for you. They are like small lights guiding your path, and sometimes those lights help others too. Even if people can’t see them, they are still real.

I told her to think of angels differently. Not always with wings and halos, but as quiet feelings or gentle guidance that shows up when we need it most. In that way, people with spiritual gifts often become angels for others. I know I try to be one myself.

I reminded her that her journey matters. Not everyone will understand it, and that’s okay. What she carries inside is something no one can take away.

The lesson is simple: we don’t shine our light to prove anything. We shine because that’s who we are, and that light may help someone else find their way.
