People typically feel calmer, more relaxed, and sleep better after an adjustment. One of the reasons for this is due to the nerves in the upper part of your neck suppling your brain; an upper cervical adjustment can help restore the proper function of those nerves and allow your nervous system to regulate and adapt better, also helping you to emotionally regulate more effectively.

Keep your devices at eye level as much as possible. Strain on your neck and the surrounding muscles can affect your posture and can cause headaches, neck and back pain, muscle spasm, knots, as well as can numbness and/or tingling in your fingers. We can help with that!
