I just wanted to take a few minutes to extend my gratitude to you all! I am so beyond grateful for all the shares, word of mouth, and visits. You all have made this the best year I’ve had and continue to grow.

I will be taking time off starting the 6th of December through the beginning of the year as my family preps for the birth of our second child! My wife is an absolute beauty and Rockstar!! We couldn’t be more excited for the growth of our beautiful family!

Many of us are facing troubles with sleeping! A lot of the time we exhaust all our resources to help better sleep habits!

Research has constantly determined that red light therapy can improve sleep habits and give you more restful and peaceful sleep!

Starting February there will be openings for full body red light therapy and I will have a link for appointment making! You deserve better sleep and a method that is proven to work!

It’s been a bit since I’ve posted, but I have been grinding through the holiday season while optimizing some downtime with my beautiful wife and son!

With some of my downtime I’ve been adding knowledge toward a new modality! Starting in January I will be offering red light therapy to my practice like this littler guy right here!

The handheld red light therapy targets area specific release of inflammation while promoting collegian restoration to the skin! Along with that, it helps with muscle fatigue and soreness post workout!

I will also be offering a multi panel red light therapy session that along with the above mentioned results will help with overall weight loss and trimming inches from all areas of the body!

I wanted to thank so many of you for following me all these years with either coming in for a massage, stretch, cupping, etc. You all have made such an impact on my career and I appreciate all of you so much!

With that being said, I have decided to get back into the salon and side of my industry and making my move to Aurora Blush located in Marion!
