Last night, before class, I paused.
I lit a candle. I took a sip of tea. I looked around the studio and I meditated alone in the space I have loved for so long 🤍

The candle says Difference Maker, a reminder from one of my teachers of what it means to show up with heart.
The cup says Live the life you imagine, a gift from a friend who believed in me.

And there I was… on my mat, in the soft light, in a room about to fill with an incredible community.

I realized something in that moment:
I am living the dream I once only imagined.

I’m doing the work I wanted to do.
I’m building the community I always dreamed of.
I’m holding space for amazing humans.

A lot has gone wrong lately. It hasn’t been easy.
But last night reminded me of my why.

Everything is falling into place exactly as it should.
And I can’t wait for what’s ahead 🤍

Thank you all for your patience, this move hasn’t been easy, but great things take time, patience, and lots of lessons. It will be soon 🤍

❄️ We’ve made the decision to close the studio again due to the weather.
Your safety is, and will always be, our top priority🤍
We hope you’re able to stay safe, warm, and cozy today. While we may not be together in the studio, here are a few gentle ideas to support your body and nervous system at home:
✨ A little movement:
• Take a slow walk around your home or do a few gentle squats or shoulder rolls
• Put on your favorite song and stretch or dance it out
✨ Stretch + release:
• Try a few cat/cow stretches, seated twists, or forward folds
• Lay on the floor with your legs up the wall and breathe deeply
✨ Pause + restore:
• Take 5–10 minutes to sit quietly, breathe, or meditate
• Wrap up in a blanket, sip something warm, and let yourself rest
We can’t wait to be back together soon. Until then, please take good care of yourselves and one another.

😔Our 6:00 PM Restore Yoga class did not happen as planned tonight, and I know how much some of you needed that space to slow down and breathe.

I feel terrible that we let you down. This studio exists to be a place you can trust, and tonight we fell short of that promise. I take this seriously and am working to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
