My shoulder is about back to what is was before my shoulder dislocation and rotator cuff tear. Been back to work full scale several months now. Feeling grateful.

MRI results reveal small rotator cuff tear, small labrum tear, bruise at back of bone, inflamation but no surgery needed. Praise God. Will need physical therapy 2x a wk x 2 months. No massage for at least 1 month.

Very sorry to say Monday night i stood up from my recliner and attempted to step over still raised footrest. Triped iver footrest and fell forward dislocating my right shoulder. In a sling for at least 3 weeks. My shoulder will be frozen by that time and needs months to get motion and strength back. If ligament or tendon damage even longer. 2021 starting bad

Found out today that a nurse who worked at Marion Memorial Hospital with me died of the corona virus in the Herrin Hospital. Heart is heavy. Again taking 2 weeks off as governor asks as he did in March. Praying it will not turn into 3 1/2 months AGAIN!!!

Have a shower curtain over my memory foam mattress pad so easily disinfected per covid requirements. Comfortable to body and piece of mind.

With the stage 3 opening of the state of Illinois I am once again open. Thank you Lord. I will be wearing a mask and hoping clients will do the same. Asking that no one come to an appointment sick. Ready to get rid of stressed out muscles and soothe in relaxation.

I am really missing my clients. Am so ready for this pandemic plague to be over and be able to massage and dance again. My heart is heavy.

Thank you at all who have liked my page. I should have posted sooner that due to the corona virus i have been closed since 3-18-20. Hope to reopen when it is safe to do so. Plenty of time to read Hebrews 11:1, 11:6, Psalm 34:18 and more. Peace
