Sometimes we set goals and don’t achieve them. That is not failure…. It’s a learning experience. Now you know what to do with your checklist to improve to reach your goals!

The Salina Crossroads Marathon was that expierence for me today. Running fast (26.2 miles)was not my thing today, but I finished with a time of 4:05 . Great for ultra running training for my 12 hour race in January❤️❤️

Moral of the story: It takes work, dedication, and discipline to reach your goals with weight training and cardio. Hang in there! I will get there…. You will get there!! Stay strong and ask your friends for support! Without my weightlifting gals (Brenda, Donna, Janet, Kris, Lisa, Angela, Jen, Jan, Aileen) I wouldn’t have done this well💪💪.

We’ve added some new equipment!

1. Landmine attachment for the end of the bars to reduce scratching on the floor ( I know the workout women classes will appreciate this 🤣)
2. Aerobic steps
3. Squat wedges
4. Cable machine attachments ( Had for awhile but they are behind other attachments in case you didn’t know they were there)
