Great first Men’s Mobility Class tonight!!

Tonight is our first MENS MOBILITY class at 6pm with Tom.
This class will have upbeat music and most likely lots of grunting and laughing so don’t miss out on your chance to loosen up in a room full of men who are in the same boat. PS: It’s okay to invest in your health and wellness.
