Who’s up for a heated Barre class on Saturday at 9am with Lindsey?

This infrared-heated barre class is a strength workout done in a gently warmed room using infrared panels instead of hot air. The heat warms your muscles directly, helping you move deeper, sweat more, and feel less stiff. You’ll do small, controlled barre movements that create a deep muscle burn, while the warmth makes the experience feel soothing and detoxifying rather than overwhelming.

The class will also incorporate a yoga flow to stretch you out and prevent any extra soreness.
