Sometimes it’s the smallest moments that say the most. 💚

Last Friday, our boss took time out of her busy schedule to meet up with a few of our SHINE family members for a simple lunch and it absolutely made their day. (So did the queso and chips 🤣)

That kind of joy doesn’t come from titles or positions; it comes from feeling seen, heard, and valued.

As a legacy builder with a clear vision of creating the very best day program and person-centered supports organization possible, Taylor leads with heart. She makes time for people, listens when they ask, and shows up even when it would be easier not to. The sacrifices she makes to serve others with consistency, compassion, and perseverance are rare, and they do not go unnoticed.

While we may not be perfect, and we don’t always get everything right, our hearts are fully committed to showing up every single day and striving to give the individuals we serve the best day ever! And that’s what makes SHINE… SHINE. ✨

Today we’re celebrating one of our amazing SHINE crew members! Kameshya Swepson may be fairly new to our team as a DSP, but she’s already made such a wonderful impression.
