Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois has sent out notices that Jennifer Alexander is not in network. We just got off the phone with Blue Cross and Blue Shield and we are in network. Please please disregard the notice or contact your insurance company directly.

As January 1 approaches, we want to remind our patients that we may not be in-network with your new insurance or Medicare Advantage plans for 2026. Please check with your plan to confirm we are in your network at our current location, 1009 West Main Street. If your plan says we are credentialed it MUST be at this location for you to be covered. We want to continue to provide care for our patients this next year and many more to come.
Also, all patients must present their insurance cards at check in to update billing information at the beginning of the year and if at anytime your insurance changes.
