The Wyndmoor of Marion -OH, LLC All apartments are private and Medicaid waiver eligible upon move in! The Wyndmoor of Marion offers 69 assisted living and 25 memory care private apartments.

All apartments are Medicaid waiver eligible. The Wyndmoor of Marion is certified by ODA to provide the basic assisted living services, memory care, or both the basic service and memory care. We are currently accepting individuals who are enrolling in the assisted living waiver program or mycare Ohio. We offer in house podiatry, audiology and optometry services through Health Drive. We are setting up services through Psych 360 for counseling and psychiatric emergencies to improve the overall metal health and quality of life of your loved ones. Our Assisted Living provides: Redefined independence through assistance and services like medication management, housekeeping and laundry. Your wellness is supported through collaborative care partnerships, and our staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our Memory Care Program is rooted in a person-centered approach that preserves identity and sense of self. Our secure community provides a daily path of engagement that allows residents to flourish, even with advanced expressions of dementia while also providing medication management, housekeeping and laundry services with available staff 24 hours per day and seven days per week.
