The Dumbbell sn**ch is a movement that is beautiful in its simple complexity. Teaching people how to keep their middles engaged so that they can use their strong legs to create a force into their upper body, while at the same time driving a good overhead position works on balance, flexibility, strength, and if you’re moving like this crew- it gets your Heart Rate to the ceiling QUICKLY. Our coaches will encourage you to push yourself, but there isn’t a weight that’s perfect for all- just for you! And the best part is your fellow class members only care that you come and sweat with them. This class had an athlete who was in their second class and one who has done CrossFit for about 7 years. They were both sweaty and smiling at the end. Your ability doesn’t define you nearly as much as your attitude and willingness. The may as you walk into the gym reads “Strength is a Mindset”. Understand there are lots of people who want to see you do your best, and showing up is all it takes! **ch
