We are delighted to announce Brittany Robinson as our Lafayette December RLT of the month. Having been with Spectrum Pediatrics for 1 year and 7 months, she has established herself as a dedicated and compassionate member of our team, delivering outstanding care to our pediatric clients. Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her loved ones, including her significant other, her 6-year-old Joe’l, and her friends and family. Her hobbies also include exploring her creative side through arts and crafts, such as painting furniture, decorating, and creating.

We are pleased to announce Kameron Bourgeois Rachal as our Marksville RLT of the month. Kameron has been an integral part of our team for almost four years and takes great pride in her work. "I am happily married to my wonderful husband, and together we care for our small fur baby, Benjamin. When not working, I love spending quality time with my husband, Brice, our family, and friends. I also enjoy leisure activities such as relaxing boat rides, camping trips, and shopping."

Allow me to introduce Sara, our RLT of the month at our Lafayette center.

Born and raised in Ville Platte, Louisiana, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Sciences from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. I was also a proud member of the Ragin' Cajuns cheerleading squad for three years. My experience as an NFL cheerleader for the New Orleans Saints further fueled my passion for performance and teamwork. As an RLT, I have found a role that challenges me, brings me fulfillment, and enables me to make a meaningful impact. I am equally influenced by my clients, who contribute to my personal growth and success. Their resilience, joy, and authenticity are a constant source of inspiration, and I am thankful for the opportunity to work alongside them.

Logan has been an integral part of the Spectrum Pediatric Therapies team for four years, fostering a culture of collaboration and compassion. She derives immense satisfaction from witnessing clients' breakthroughs and treasures the daily interactions that make it all possible. When not at work, Logan loves spending time with her partner, son, two cats, and dog, and finds solace in fishing trips with her family.
