They tell you that the existing jab has not been licensed or approved by the FDA, but it has been authorized by the FDA under an EUA like it has been since December. Their website states it as well.

Comirnaty is FDA Approved & it’s licensed to BioNTech Manufacturing; however, it is not available yet. Still 13 studies left to complete .

Comirnaty vaccine may never even surface in the US.

The FDA Approval to BioNTech was ONLY to get the BLA license b/c it’s needed to impose the mandates. You can't go out today & get Comirnaty, but they are going to try to use their Comirnaty license to impose mandates to give you the NON-FDA APPROVED jab.
