We offer skilled, certified VNA services through Home Care Solutions, as well as Private Pay Services. Home Care Solutions has RN's, PT's, OT's, HHA's, SLP's and SW's, paid for by insurance. Private Duty Care

With Private Duty Care our patients stay home safely and maintain their independence, no matter where home may be. We offer the following services and do it right!

* Complementary initial a

ssessment

* Nursing or Social Worker supervision

* Individualized care plan

* Care available 2 to 24 hours per day

* Live in 24 hour care

* Affordable hourly rates

* Staff fully licensed, insured and bonded

* Staff thoroughly screened, including criminal background check (CORI)

* 24 Hour on-call services for peace of mind given by experienced healthcare professionals even “after hours”

Home health aides will assist with…

* Personal care: Bathing, grooming, dressing and skin care

* Assistance with therapy programs created by Physical Therapists

* Ambulation and transfer assistance

* Meal preparation/Monitoring of diet

* Medication reminders and management

* Companionship/Activity Partner

* Personal laundry and light housekeeping

* Household duties

* Transport or companionship to medical appointments

* Help with incidental transportation

* Help to increase socialization with family, community, church or temple groups, etc
