Traffic Alert🚨 :

UPDATE 7am: We're slowly starting to open up the intersection @ Botlon/Union but work crews are still on-site. Traffic delays will continue until the intersection is completely open.

There’s a telephone pole down at the intersection of Bolton and Union Street. If you are traveling this way expect delays.

Bolton is closed from Union to Hudson St. There are also road blocks set up Stevens @ Union and Union @ Prospect St. Rt85 north is being detoured down State St to Stevens St. Rt85 south is being sent down Hudson St. Grab a coffee ☕️ and leave early!

Samantha Ormond, MSN, AGPCNP-BC, AGNP-C
Please join us in welcoming her to the team!

Ms. Samantha Ormond is a dual board certified nurse practitioner. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC); and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners also as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C). Samantha graduated from Regis College in 2023 with a Master’s Degree in Nursing. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Boston and an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Quinsigamond Community College.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Ms. Ormond worked as a registered nurse beginning in 2017. She has worked in the realms of hospice care, long term care and subacute rehab. Most recently, Ms. Ormond worked as a medical-surgical registered nurse. Additionally, Samantha holds certifications as a hospice and palliative care registered nurse and a gerontological registered nurse.

Samantha believes in connecting with each patient wherever they may be in their health journey and ensuring quality care is provided in all situations.

Samantha lives in Shrewsbury with her husband, two dogs, and their cat.

She is the newest provider to join the team at Marlboro Internal Medicine and she is looking forward to meeting the patients in the practice!
