Change is something we all face, sometimes it’s as gentle as the shift in seasons, and other times it comes as news that life itself is changing.

When a family learns it’s time for hospice, it can feel like standing at a window, seeing life from a different angle. There’s grief, yes, but also a chance to find comfort, dignity, and moments of peace in the days ahead.

At Faith & Family Hospice, our team is here to walk beside you through those changes, to bring comfort, support, and a steady presence when it matters most. You don’t have to walk that path alone.

This hands-on program offers a powerful glimpse into the daily challenges of those living with dementia, fostering empathy, patience, and understanding.
