Hey yogis & Marlow Martial Arts Academy students!

Tonights Dojo Yoga class at 6:10 pm is going to be a Yin Yoga practice.

Yin is a slow, gentle style of yoga that involves holding a sustained yet manageable stretch for extended periods of time, typically between 3 to 5 minutes. Yoga blocks are typically used for support during this practice, so on your way in grab two blocks. The purpose is to mindfully target the deep connective tissues, joints, and fascia. Yin is a wonderful complementary practice to high-energy and heat-building exercises. Suitable for all levels and beginner friendly!
