1 Link 4 Senior Care, Inc.

1 Link 4 Senior Care, Inc. 1 Link is a dedicated team of licensed and nationally certified professionals in the field of aging and adult health. It is always the client's right to choose!

We help clients make informed decisions and discern the best and most cost-effective care available to further improve quality of life. We have 2 separate divisions to meet the needs of our clients:

1 Link 4 Senior Care, Inc. Serving the aging population ages 65 and over
1 Link 4 Care
Serving the needs of younger adults ages 18-64

What We Do

- Explore and define all the available care options based on the senior's physical condition, financial resources, home environment, and family support systems.

- Guide families through the process, working out a plan for safe and appropriate home or facility-based care.

- Coordinate services, pre-screening service providers for quality care and cost-effectiveness.

- Assist in accessing and procuring any programs, benefits or entitlements under federal, state, local or community services.

- Help put the legal documents in place to insure their wishes are met and that someone they trust can speak on their behalf when they are no longer able do so. How We Help

Our Certified Resource Specialist will work with the family to determine the needs and options available. If there are clinical issues to be resolved, then there will be an offer of a clinical expert for that particular problem. Very often Medicare or other insurance will pay for clinical intervention. All costs will be approved by the client in advance. Improving one's quality of life is our only goal.
